Honestly, I'd have said the entire show was a mess, not just the second half (and then the last few episodes were a MESS, as opposed to a mere mess), but he managed to make off with my heart anyway. I've got a small plot bunny in mind that doesn't involve a crossover, and a further one that does, but whether or when I'll get around to it is anyone's guess. Right this second my head is still firmly stuck in 'Shen Wei 🥺' mode, even though I managed to finish the linguistics fic of feels.
