My jaw literally dropped at the baked good freezer drawer. DELICIOUS.

I've already eaten most of the cookies in that bag, oops. 😬 If you like baking, I've found that it becomes much more manageable if I spread it out over several days. Make dough one day (plus the evil cleanup), chill overnight, portion out the next day, put dough balls into freezer to bake at a later date. Sometimes I bake off some cookies right away and freeze the rest of the dough. But it's all less overwhelming this way.
